Zoom workshop – Friday the 2nd July 7.30 -8.30pm GMT
Have you ever looked up close at the beautiful details of birds feathers? In particular the wildlife here in the very north, on the islands of Orkney. From corncrakes to eider ducks, lapwings to starlings each bird has distinctive markings and colours.
This one hour workshop session takes you through the basics of drawing, using a pencil and pen to create the shapes you see and discovering texture. Whether you want to draw birds or you are after a mindful, fun drawing session which increases your skill and knowledge, this illustrative class is jam packed with tips to build confidence.
Using my drawing hints and tips to build confidence and see the world in a new way.
For every class purchased £1 goes to RSPB Orkney to support the work they do to support our resident birds.
RSPB Scotland is a nature conservation charity. They have 12 beautiful nature reserves here in Orkney which are managed to provide the conditions for a range of spectacular species to flourish, many of which are under threat of serious decline here or elsewhere in the UK. Your donations will help to continue the work of protecting nature in Orkney.
